FRMS will provide totally Professional Fire Risk Assessments.
We are licensed users of the PAS 79 :2007 methodology.
Your Fire Risk Assessment will be carried out by a competent, experienced and specialist fire risk assessor and will include:
- A detailed report describing your existing preventive and protective measures.
- A detailed report describing any deficiencies-graded with a risk rating. This will include photographs where necessary.
- A prioritised list of recommendations that will guide you to cost effective measures that will put you in compliance with the Fire Safety Order 2005.
The assessment will be written in plain english so that you can avoid any confusion and clearly understand its contents and significant findings.
In addition to having your risk assessment carried out by FRMS we will then be available for a period of twelve months thereafter to act as your fire consultants available to you for telephone advice on any fire safety matters- free of charge. We know of no other company offering such a comprehensive service.
Furthermore if you appoint FRMS for your fire risk assessment we will carry out your first review when it becomes due at a discounted rate of 10% off the original fee.
Should you prefer it we are available to carry out the fire risk assessment at weekends or in the evening without additional costs.
Our fees start from just £250.00 for small premises (less than 1000 sq. ft.).
